Ok guys and girls what do you prefer natural or fake..Boobs bums Etc..
Ladies would you have surgery to boost those assets and men what do you prefer to see or have you men considered surgery?
I have a pair of natural double Ds and wouldnt change that but I do have botox and the usual beauty treatments..
Tbh there would be nothing I would change.
What are your thoughts.

Before July this year, I would have said real over fake anytime.
However, I met a lady at an event who had the most amazing fake... well, not sure I can call them fake, boobs.
Yes, she had had a boob job, but until she told me, and even after she told me, I couldn't tell, and, believe me, I got a REALLY good look (yes, and feel, and nibble!), and I still wasn't absolutely sure she was just kidding, until her hubby assured me it was true.
I guess its down to budget, if you can afford the best.... and you don't go for something super-inflated that will be obviously fake, then I don't think most could tell.
Remember, I had a really good feel, and to me they felt real, and even after she had pointed out the scars I still couldn't really see them properly... so, her surgeon was amazing, and she didn't go stupid by wanting them to look like some 20-year-olds.
Sometimes less is more lol!
