Having Problems In Chat?

As above, if so it's because we rolled out a major (significant) upgrade today.
So if you are facing issues connecting to chat or it's missing, you will need to clear your browser's cache.

How do you clear that?
The most commonly used browsers are addressed here;
Google
mobile is obviously slightly different but the aim is the same.
On iOS it's Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
Android; Settings > apps (or applications) locate your browser > Tap on storage > buttons for clearing cache and storage for your browser will appear.

Hope this helps if you're struggling to access chat.
