Rose likes goat cheese and these festering French ones, but good old Brit hard ones for me please - Cheddar, Red Leicester, Double Gloucester, Caerphilly, Swaledale, Cotherstone... etc. But the REAL cheese lover in our house is the dog, even if he's asleep in the bedroom he's there as soon as cheese comes out of the fridge.

I would rather have a cheese board after a meal than a desert.
Think mine normally consists of Stilton, blue Brie, cambazola, Camembert and a strong cave aged cheddar. Mmmm xx
