We drink echo falls and have had blossom hill both nice and not like vinegar at all. Blossom hill is slightly sweeter and never put red wine in the fridge it should be kept in room temparature so give that a go. I hated red wine until Neil put me onto these wines and i like them both but we do prefer the echo falls. :D:D:beer:

Its quite simple....
Wine (from Latin vinum) is an alcoholic beverage made from grapes, generally Vitis vinifera, fermented without the addition of sugars, acids, enzymes, water, or other nutrients.[1] Yeast consumes the sugar in the grapes and converts it to ethanol and carbon dioxide. Different varieties of grapes and strains of yeasts produce different styles of wine. Another cracking red is carmenere, used to be French but is now better known for being grown in Chile.x

It says it tastes of blueberry, boysenberry (whatever that is) and plum. I can't taste blueberry, I don't know if I can taste boysenberry cos I don't know what it is. I can maybe taste plum and wood!
I must say it does go down alright without giving me indigestion, and it doesn't taste like something I want to sprinkle all over my chips.

Btw Kaz has gone out to her mates. I think I've gone too upmarket for her don't you know la do da.
