Afternoon,

Reet I have been window shopping for a present for someone very close to me lets call them "my angel" without them I wouldn't be me

so my question is I have sorted a short break away for them but what else should I get

a designer bag - an everyday essential by her favourite designer

a designer pair of shoes - either laboutines or jimmy choos (stylish classy and a dream of hers)

any help would be appreciated

Thats a really difficult one hun. You obviously know her better than anyone.
And it really is dependant on how personal you want to go.
Ladies tastes vary greatly, its definately not always an expensive gift that gives the most joy.. i know what i would choose, for myself, but its all down to taste. Xx

I personally would avoid buying such items as a bag or shoes....us women are finicky when it comes to such items. Jewellery is always a treasured gift..and a keepsake. And perfume. Cant go wrong with smellies xx

Omg I am a bag and shoe woman so either one of them would probally knock me off my feet and have me bouncing the walls with excitement!

If you go with the bag, matching purse would just be the finishing touch!

Then again I'm desperately looking for a showcase unit to put them in so again this would be amazing, if she loves to show them off...

Mmmmm it's always hard when you don't know nothing about a lady.... I love my earrings too... God I could go on and on... Channel perfume- chance!

And in worst case take her to a lovely tea shop and just spend some quality time xx

I like to buy my own bags and shoes as they are just too personal to have anyone else buy them for me, like debs said women are finicky. I would much more prefer jewellery or perfume, then again I'm a perfume hoarder :D

I too would go with jewellery. There is a range called hot diamonds which vary in price but they have some lovely simple and elegant pieces of jewellery from earrings to bracelets and necklaces. Definitely worth a look. X

I know you asked the ladies but i am going to comment anyway cos i can lol.
Stay well clear of anything she might have to wear as women can be real fussy and the chances of you getting it right are about as the same as winning the lottery and you set up she has to wear it or them situation. Jewelry is good but can have draw backs too. I personally would buy her a spa weekend for 2 with some treatments and food paid for so she can take a mate (if she is that kinda lady) I can recomend Champneys The springs in the midlands its a top place and you can get some cracking deals too.

My hubby had an eternity ring made for my 50th b'day in July. 50 tiny but lovely diamonds... it's beautiful & will always be very special .. You know you're lady better than any of us, follow your heart and you won't go wrong x
