The UK reccommend that we eat five fruit or vegetables a day to be healthy, so I thought of making some fun out of it (y):D

Ok, got it. Much the same across the pond. Mrs. J is insane and would ruin the sarcasm as she Literally eats All recommended Fruits, Veggies, Protein, Blah Blah I, on the other hand, consider Coffee Two of the Five and Cookies, Cake, Candy the other three;) One post of Coffee thus far for me today. So have I knocked out 4 of 5 according to my standards?

You're WAY Healthier..A Plant and or a Nut. We mighta covered the whole lot in one cup depending on condiments. Although I go Straight outta the pit

Right here goes. Really sorry to embarrass you all but I'm a bit of a health nut and have had much more than my five a day:-

Breakfast

Toast and butter - Toast is bread and bread is basically all plant.
Butter comes from cows whose diet is purely grass so obviously that's good (y).

Lunch

A Tesco's breakfast sandwich. As mentioned above bread and butter are basically plant (y).
Bacon and sausage are pig meat which live off grains, eggs comes from chickens also lives off grains, so basically it's plant extract.

Apple pie, self explanatory made from apples.

Tea

Fish, chips and peas. Fish is full of omega 3, chips are potatos and peas are peas :D

Refreshments

Ribenna - fruit drink.
Coffee with a sugar - coffee beans come from plants as does sugar. Milk from cows again whose diet is grass so essentially I'm drinking plant juice :D.

To be honest I'm surprised I'm not thinner (n)

I do really try to knock out 5 a day but to be honest after 4 I tend to find my arms are sore my palms are blistered and I just have nothing left to empty... also leaves me no energy for work speaking of which I better get ready xx

Orange or cranberry dark chocolate bar :D
In amongst all the comedic responses, dark chocolate is actually very good for you - high in antioxidants and good for brain & heart health. Good choice.
I make my own chocolatey snacks using Cacao powder which is even better - give it a whirl if you fancy knocking up your own.

Nah I'll get my lad to make some he's a newly qualified chocolatier

That’s my usual decadent recovery drink, proper hot chocolate with milk.

I have vaped today cherry velvet, strawberry custard, strawberry zing, kanzi (strawberry, watermelon and kiwi) i would say i am well on my way to over 5 a day by now and that is not counting the choclate with nuts in :rofl: wow go me :D
