We are lucky ones I guess and do something romantic every day, it's our anniversary tomorrow and after 14 years we still tell each other we love each other 50 times a day, we still mess about like we did when we first met, we also work together which for us works. Old fashioned? Yes I would say we are ;)xx
Ahh lovely....congratulations to both of you xxjxx

This is true.... 18 years together and married for 14 tomorrow. We do mess around like a couple of loved up teenagers. There's not a single day that passes where we don't tell each other that we love each other. Even if having a shitty day we still do.
For us, the best part of it is having fun and enjoying the time spent together. Even if it's only driving down to the pier for a bag of chips. Doesn't matter where we are or what we're doing, as long as it's together (family to one side for a min ofc).
xx

Thank you both :) xx

After my grandad left cambridge university (where he had gained his second degree in chemistry (his first was theology and from Oxford)) he found himself in a relationship with a mill heiresses and a manage in said mill. It was here though he met my nanna feel in love with her and left the money and privilege he had found himself with (life had started for him as on a subsistence farm on saddleworth moor) for a simple life with her, well maybe not simple life the was a spell as a Lancaster rear gunner then navigator, a little photo reconnaissance to finish the war up and then a career as a research chemist for the ICI in Harrogate.
