I got into a conversation yesterday with friends about what we looked like 10 years ago ,I was quite surprised how I looked back then
So do you think you've changed much in the last 10 years

10 years ago I was 25. Had a 10 month old baby. I looked awful. I’ve definitely got better as I have got older. No pictures that I care to share of that time unfortunately.

I have a bigger middle but that's come about in the last couple of years, a few more grey hairs maybe but not many. I dont think I have changed much. V is about the same too she says she is a dress size down from ten years ago but thats about it

Yes, I was thinking of this the other day when looking at my old/new passport photos

Few more wrinkles .. definitely a lot more grey hairs!!! Sometimes feel my age now!
But otherwise I've changed very little..

I think I actually look more refined now at 40 (still can't believe it) than what I did at 30 if I'm honest.

More refined is indeed acceptable usage terms for saying; gone grey.
