I'm going to be doing my bit for the planet by cutting down on single use plastic by stopping using tea bags (they have loads f plastic in them, seriously) and only drink loose leaf tea, does this count?

We recycle everything here and are slowly becoming echo warriors
our black bag rubbish collects every fortnight, a couple of years ago we would put five bags out, now we try and only have half a bag, it should be possible to have none, working on it though 
Sometimes I think the thought of giving up is worse than the reality. One thing I do know is that you have to really want to to succeed. So well done to you both. It's a great achievement xIt hasn't been to bad on us both

We would never go back, after 30 years we can't believe it, it's not just the health and we do feel amazing but the money, £270 per month saved so far
