Hmm.
I only use Photoshop here, occasionally have used GIMP (duuudes... it's really called that!
) but that's about it am afraid to say.
What will you be editing on? Mac, widows, iOS or android?
Don't discriminate if I get the opportunity might be doing some editing on Linux aswell
In that case if you want to have access to all your edits on all devices! Get a subscription to adobe CC it’ll cover all your bases!
