@Pearls has to be Queen of Puddings regal in every way
@ admin Croquembouche lot's of effort required for spectacular results
@zebo Creme brulee tough on the outside but with a soft centre
@Mz-Zebo vanilla shortbread a perfect accompaniment to creme brulee
@Therapon Eton Mess - fruity, classic and old school

@meet_the_fockers Mince pies and extra thick M&S Cream.. You only get them at Christmas and once is enough..
@amboman Apple tart with cream (again extra thick only)

@Scrumps oh without doubt the melt in the middle chocolate puddings only from Marks' - if you've had one, you know why. x

Nah because they're carefully made, if cooked too long - go stodgy and mushy, undercooked - too hard.. So have to be made just right, with TLC and cream,nutmeg and butter.. Satisfying, warm, and usually leave you wanting for more...Rice puddings? ?? Would that because we're a bit thick with wrinkly skins????
