How can anyone guage whether or not they fancy you based on a green circle with I in it?

If you click on the media ,at the top is a green box ,click that and a pop up menu appears ... choose a category click on one and follow and another window should show a box upload media ...

So do I ,top left 3bars ...should get a menu appear ... find media click then as I said before
Main menu>Media>Add Media as @MP386 says the green box at top right. It should be there, it works fine on my phone. If not send me a screen shot of the page.
