1, Humour. Must have the ability to have a laugh.
2, Shining personality.
3, Standing out from the crowd in as much not afraid to speak their mind.
4, Not hitting every branch of the ugly tree when falling from it.
5, Boobies ???

For us it would be personality.. Good sense of humour,, people who are not pretending to be something there not.. Looks and size are not important it's all about the person /couple.. And honesty.. We look for friendships not just notches on bedpost.. And last but not least people who don't put pressure on you to move your boundaries or try something you definitely don't want to do.. W.. ?

I don’t see anything wrong with having a preference, I think most people have values but enjoying the company of another person would come down to a certain degree of preference which initially means attraction to that person. Sexual attraction that is.
