Honestly its not bad! imagine something that can produce a vibration sensation and that can contract and relax muscles at the same time, now realise that you can have this internally, externally, between two people (you can have it so that it happens where you touch each other) and you will get an idea of how much fun you can have. the pain side of the toy is very minimal, the pleasure is limited by imagination
