"Let's Talk The Joy of Later Life Sex " is an advertising campaign and its goal is to break the taboos which are around the sexual life of over-70-year-old people.
The stereotype which has to be broken is that
elders should not, could not and would not like to have sex and be intimate.
What do you think about? It's up to you.

All the time your able to I see no reason for age to stop you having sex …. Ok the libido drops with age that’s just natural but sex is healthy and can be good exercise so keep it up as long as possible ??? :tiphat:

Yes I agree with you. There is not a rule about sex and we have to break and come over those stereotypes.

Definitely , as someone who is getting older I would like to think I can have the enjoyment of sex as long as possible… ok being single won’t help that … but I don’t see anything wrong with older people still wanting to have sexual contact even if it doesn’t involve penetration there are other ways to enjoy each other ..,

Totally down to the individual. Nothing wrong with being active over 70. No shame in it either. It’s healthy.
I hope I’m still active at that age too! Age is but a number. I still want to be squeezing backsides and having fun at 70 plus. ??

I think it’s a great idea, both the campaign, and the idea behind it. It’s a genuinely good thing that any stigma about sex has - to a large extent - evaporated over the past couple of decades.

But I do wonder how many people who don’t already admit they enjoy sex later in life will - because of a campaign - start admitting it now.

So many people of that age have spent decades of their life convinced - for good or bad - that sex is an entirely private thing, not to be talked about ‘in polite company’… I’m not convinced that’s going to change at all, let alone because of a campaign, no matter how good it is.
