Anyway, are you a 'Dad bod' or a 'Man bod'?

I'm a dad bod. Working man, drink beer, pretty capable of looking after myself. Not many would go there tbh. But still drink some beers and eat shit food.
Healthy but no six pack. Baby I've an 8 pack.

Man bod, dad bod... whatever..

I’d like to think I’m a Man bod as I’m not a Dad well not to my knowledge anyway ? …. But not many would go there describes it perfectly …
