We all make mistakes, part and parcel of life. Do you generally own up to your mistakes and set the record straight or do you bury your head in the sand and hope they're never brought up again? We're all human (I haven't verified this yes working off an assumption).

For example: Have you ever served a soup with a salad spoon (Unforgivable I know), when is it too late to say sorry?

I try to right my wrongs as soon as possible, before an apology becomes too little too late.
And i'll only say sorry if I genuinely mean it. I wouldn't apologise to save arguments, because that can cause unresolved issues x

I think what people tend to forget is that a person can apologise, but that doesn't mean it's accepted - everyone has their own boundaries.

Hmm, is it ever too late to apologise? No, I don't think it is. I think an apology could possibly lose its significance after too long though.
