In all honesty, for me the forums are the best place to find suitable people to meet.
You can find out more about them.You can also spot when they mess up, and show their true colours.It's a great filter.Especially if you enjoy watching and remember what they've written x

I agree with the forums being a good indicator of people to potentially meet, for me the forums have long since presented themselves as the hunting grounds for potential victims.....I mean playmates? I've always thought that it saves endless messages only to discover the person/people are actually not a good match after all . Plus they're a good place to practice the dark art of flirting lol

I agree with the forums being a good indicator of people to potentially meet, for me the forums have long since presented themselves as the hunting grounds for potential victims.....I mean playmates? I've always thought that it saves endless messages only to discover the person/people are actually not a good match after all . Plus they're a good place to practice the dark art of flirting lol

I always think you can say any old bullshit in pms, and then it be completely different to what happens in person.
And i'm still on the theory that if you can't share yourself in public, on an online platform, with no judgement, jealousy etc then how good are you at sharing yourself in person x

Yep so many people want to hide behind this privacy facade, with lines like "oh I'm a private person blah blah blah"
One thing my studies has taught me is if you don't put yourself out there and forget what others may think, say or do then you're never really living your life on your terms!!
Another bug bare is the Pm's to send a compliment when we've never even spoken OR the account is 5 minutes old?
Say it publicly in the first instance and let the relationship grow from there.

I'm really dubious about the whole pm from thread thing. I always think they do it because they don't want someone else seeing them trying it on with anyone else,so they can keep that door open ?. X
