If it is, what we call a tour bus, it will have overhead compartments and compartments under the seats, with access from the outside.
Far more doors than wheels.
But everywhere that bus stops will have doors and no wheels.
It is garaged and serviced in places with doors.

I didn't write the rules, so I could be wrong, but I assumed they meant it as supporting weight, like on a vehicle or a drawer .
If you are going to count any round thing, then we have to count donuts ? .
