not that far, done many a day out there. Never been n Morecambe beach and rarely go on the beach in Blackpool, I go a little further down the coast to Lytham, bit nicer there.
I'm not going into the best county argument, they're both equally as good :p

No beach near us.. toss up between.. crosby/freshfeilds/ southport or blackpool as to which is closest.
But we do live opposite a river... lots of shallow areas to poke about in... nice to walk across the road and have a picnic down the river.

haven't been to Cosby or Freshfields, am I missing much?

@AdJ27 As pearls says "no worries" eaysiest way to tell if still members is put your pointer on there profile pic and if it changes there still on here if not they have deleted there account :)

Thanks colin my man for the advice, much appreciated! Although I'm only using this site on my.phone so o don't.have a cursor hahaha ‍♂️
