A sensible answer moot? Are you ok.. yes i think some peoples perceptions are different to reality its nice see some great answers thankyou.. and we of course are ever evoling.. as i think are most. X

I'd put myself in the newbie class. I started out with expectations like everyone else but the reality, experienced elsewhere, did very little for my confidence but I'm here and enjoying it. Anyway today, expectations none, hope plenty.

My preconceptions have been brushed aside and my expectations keep evolving. Some great points here about the openness and honesty of it all. You know those times when you chat to a colleague, joke with a couple over dinner or a share insights with stranger on a journey... and think I'd love to linger and explore them...that's what I'd love to recreate. Is that an expectation? I guess so...
