Only a very sudden unexpected one is likely to be all that awkward
Going to stick my neck out here but never tried it but would like to,
What's to discuss? open your mind, relax, go with the flow and heat of the moment.
As Lola rightly pointed the only awkward one is the one you didn't expect.
Well you're not sticking your neck out and no one will shoot you down for it.
You have to be relaxed and I mean completely relaxed and in the moment.. Be prepared for some serious shockwaves.!

Personally I have loved the few experiences I have had...though they have been few...and far between, as Jen isn't that comfortable with doing it 
Had it done several times, some of the girls seemed to enjoy doing it more than i did receiving it (not that i didnt enjoy it
