I'm in love with a large beautiful lady but the term BBW with its obvious porn connotations isn't one either of us like at all

It’s been discussed many times, should we have this term to describe us, does it give gratification to women knowing they have a label and be proud of it, I’ve met a few larger ladies that have said they hate the term.. I’ve also met the opposite who are eager to shout it about.
Your thoughts.
I think any labelling like this is quite uncalled for really. I don't think it's even apt for women to label themselves as so either. I mean, if they want to okay... but I find it all a bit meh.

As with most labels and abbreviations, I’ll tend to go with what other people describe themselves as. I’ve rarely used it myself, but mainly because I never - as you suggest - know whether or not the person would find it accurate., flattering or insulting.

(Also helps that I’ve not got ‘a type’, in terms of body size anyway. So it’s not like I’m actively looking for, or avoiding, a ‘BBW”.)
