Chin chin & gin!

Evening sexy peeps....
Seems gin is on the increase in popularity. Lidl and Aldi do some fantastic dry gin. It's really delicious and so tasty. It's good for several reasons too aside from getting you filthily pissed, it's got no carbs, calories or fat content etc.

My usual poison as some may know, is a good whisky (malt) or red wine and gin. @Pearls is white wine and gin.
I've mixed gin with many things from our garden, from mint to lavender and rosemary.
It's Friday night and that means it's party night, so what's your poison?

Yes, gin seems to have replaced vodka as the drink du jour. It's such a gorgeous drink. We're indulging in a few Tanquerays here. Bloody lovely they are, too

Best sesh I had; 7 bottles and a bottle of red afterwards.....

It was chaos.

Good stuff....Remember when they brought out the blue badge to show when it was cold enough?

The serious trouble with Nuclear Brown was/is, drink it like water then you have that ONE more and you feel like someone else has taken over your body... Sheesh.
Trust me, the local used to buy crates just for me. That's how a loyal customer I was.. Just for me. @Pearls will just about remember this as it was when we were first dating.
I'd be there in me leathers, bike outside, guzzling NBA like it's going out of fashion and getting all bandy when she walked in.
Those were the daze.

I remember few years back when I just got together with Neil I decided one night for an experiment how many bears can I drink before I was too drunk:hmm: Yes silly times and a moment of madness. Anyway I had about 4 and no I was fine walking straight no problem, another 3 later felt just fine until I stood up I got drunk from the waist down

Nah t'was the day after that! The following day I was still pissed

Actually, here is what happened.
I went back to this shit hole I was staying in. After work, went home chilled. Had a few to drink and maybe something else... then jumped on the bike and went to the local.
Necked the NBA, then got a take home bottle of red... Met @Pearls who came to see me had a great night in the pub with some odd things going on and some fun things of course too..
Ended up drinking more, then going back to hers (we were courting like..) I left at 07:15 still drinking.
Got back to where I was staying, showered and went straight to work for 08:00
By god I could NOT do that now...
I stayed up for 2 days from there as we were working and seeing each other too.

No rest for the wicked eh?
