Cliques happen in all major aspects of life.
With an online community they can be toxic, ostracise people for no apparent reason and isolationist.
But those outside of the clique, know it exists.
In essence; don’t pretend it doesn’t exist - as those who aren’t in it, know it, see it and are very, very aware of it. Regardless of your own behaviour.
