"I could care less".....no,no,i'ts "i could not care less".
If you could care less,it means you care to some degree.
That gets on my nerves.
“There’s no love lost there...” to mean people dislike each other is one that drives me nuts, and it’s a short drive. It means quite the opposite. Comes from the tale of Hansel and Gretel where they’re so close that no love was lost between them...

If I make a grammatical error I just blame predictive text and fat fingers .... when I was at school I used to keep Red Bic Biros in profit the amount that was scrawled across my purfick English ....

As we all know by now:

Dice is the plural of Die

1 is Die
2 or more is Dice

Common knowledge now yes?
But no! It's apparently changed now. In Modern English Dice is now both the plural and singular. :eek:

Why are they changing things I've already learnt? :confused:

When i was in school we were taught dice is one and the plural was die.
