Point , VOIP. It means basically you can make voice calls using our systems and our servers, and our bandwidth, to other users without having to use your phone etc..
I think it means free as such not your inclusive mobile minutes, also think i need to clarify use Chatrooms not forum chats xx

You can make voice calls using our servers and chat software, if you have a cam or even a webcam and want to talk to someone without doing a video call.
If you are on your laptop or PC let me know, and I will gladly do a voice call with you..
It's like a video call but without using the video aspect.
