We kinda of have an age rule its on our profile pay but its not to be stuck too, it can be changed.
For us its all about the connection, purely and simply if its not there doesnt matter how old/young you are.
Oh and that spark/twinkle in the eye speaks volumes.

Yeah we're kind of the same mindset, but anyone too close to ours kids ages and it's a bit borderline for us. But that spark and twinkle is a must! x

I do sometimes have quandaries about this for a variety of reasons, viz.:

1/ young people tend not to be good shags
2/ it feels slightly weird shagging someone who's half your age
3/ it feels really weird to think that this person was 10 when your own child was born...

Then, at the other end of the scale, I find it difficult to get very excited about people much older than myself. Just doesn't typically do it for me.

Ergo, mid-20s to mid-30s is perfect.

Having had a meet with a younger guy...it didnt go well for lots of reasons and its tjis experience which has put me off meeting much younger. I tend to stick to 35 to 55...just my personal choice. Xxxx

We have an age restriction set on our profile however it is not set in stone and is just a guideline although i am fussy if anyone is under 30 so it does has to be an exception then, and @Charlia is that exception and one or two others of course

I'm sure I've said this before but even though I do have an age range (plus or minus ten years) though it's upper limit is pretty soft (the lower limit to is much harder) because from my point of view if I get on with someone and find them attractive why not, also a bit of experience and comfort in ones body isn't a bad thing.

That’s how we look at it really. It’s almost the conversation, chemistry if we met others. But we’re both open to ages weather it being older or younger it adds to the excitement x

I initially thought anyone in thier 30s was a no go zone for me, purely because my eldest child is in his 30s.
After attending a couple of club events I realised it’s about connection with a person so and I didn’t stop to ask thier age, just enjoyed their company.

I still feel I couldn't meet anyone the same age as our son, 25 or below would be a no no but never say never I guess.
I think most of us have the same attitude with age with most of us on here being over 30 so this is probably why.. We're just all old buggers
At least we all know here that what you see is real and it's good to know with the security features we have here no one is underage.

It still amazes us when you see accounts on social media that are fake and of very young girls (stolen pics) and men are all over them, one we have just managed to get shut down on twitter, pics of an innocent 13yr old with pics of her in a class room and yet men are all over these accounts saying the most disgusting things.. Are people that thick to know it isn't an 18yr old. If you are on the dark side of social media then always be aware of how far fakes will go to get attention and many accounts there are probably under age

For me my younger age limit is rather flexible in that was sleeping with a 19yr old for a time and despite people saying younger lads are crap in bed he wasn’t, he had some natural talents and was eager to do what I liked which always helps.

I’ve tried sleeping with guys past mid 40’s and its never really worked out for me, unless I was to find one that looks young for his age and has the stamina to match mine then id never waiver on it, for me I think anyone who could potentially be my father is rather off putting same as it is for people with kids.

I too can't sleep with someone the same age as my son, he's 19. The thought of it gives me the heebie jeebies. That doesn't mean I judge those whom sleep with people 18+.

I prefer people older, 50+ seem to be amongst those I most often swing with.

We don't have age in mind so much..... Very much the attraction and chemistry! We are in our 30s but have close friends in their 50s.... It's all just a number!

Age is such a huge issue for anyone/everyone. Some won't have fun within their childs' ages and yeah maybe rightly so..
Some will and rightly so perhaps.
Some peeps are just after like-minded people their age and yaknow; been there done that. Like us, got some kids through and still in uni, some in comp, some in jr. but want naught fucking frolicks.

Perhaps age (consensual et al) is only a barrier and means nowt anyway? x

Genuinely surprised I’ve not previously posted in this thread.

Used to have three rules for age/sex;

- Never with anyone I work with; (yeah, broke that one, but still never anyone who worked for me, or who I worked for)
- never with anyone whose name I didn’t know; then I entered this scene
- never anyone who wasn’t alive when I first voted; and yeah, of course I broke that one sooner or later

These days, no rules at all. I have a son, aged 23. Doesn’t bother me at all, the idea of having sex with someone younger than him. It’d surprise me that someone that age was interested in me, but if they were, and I liked them/fancied them, not a problem.

A relationship? Not a chance, with someone that age. Too few similar cultural points of reference. I tend to the old internet rule of ‘half your age plus seven’ for myself, were I ever to enter another relationship.

But, were someone to be interested in me, and i was to be interested in them, for sex… age is not an issue, either end of the spectrum.

Mmmm interesting topic , I do have to say as I get older , ok bloody old , it’s getting harder to define an age. I kind of cap myself at early 30’s but that’s more a pipe dream nowadays, I have had meets around that age and they have been fun but virtually in two different languages.

Though generally for me it’s much less about age and more about connection if the magic is there 25 or 75 does it matter ??

Also in praise of older women with the rise of older people getting divorced there are a number of older liberated women (and men) enjoying a fruitful sex life often without the hang ups

We think someone nearer our own age would be preferred as you have experienced a normal sex life and everything is a lot more relaxed not jump in bed and get on with it. I think the more mature people are more inclined to socialise with you as well.
