I would like to try some Dogging but all the Wirral sites listed on the Internet are always empty when i go.

Does anyone know of any sites on the Wirral that are active

Indeed, they're empty because people advertise them, request details of them, and expose them via sites like ours.
Is dogging swinging? That's for another debate...
However, the answer remains the same; the sites you mention are empty because of exposure and advertising on the internet.
