This is a really difficult one..
It of course depends on the circumstances....
A friend of mine went out with a notorious photographer.. He shagged everything.. Needless to say he was HIV and did not care who he passed on to.
My friend also contracted HIV and also slept around..
A girl in my street whom I knew had a threesome with them.. I wanted to say get tested but as I was not supposed to know that she had the threesome I kept quite...
The years roll on as they do and this girl gets a curable cancer.. But by now her immune system is shot.. She dies at age 33..
At the same time two other people come forward and report the photographer to the police as they too have contracted HIV..
The investigation goes on for ages.. The photographer tries to kill himself but fails.. Eventually he was given. 6years in prison for at least 20 cases...
He gets out next year and will face manslaughter charges for her death..
The girls family who own a restaurant are distraught.. Her father dies of a heart attack a few months after she died..

It haunts me..
But given what I have learnt I probably would come forward and expose them

You are so right my friend. karma. It will always bite back... treat others as you expect to be treated.Honesty tells me the younger me would have Reacted and "Exposed" instead of Rationally Responding to a situation.
Now I can comfortably say I wouldn't Out anyone for Any reason no matter how they've treated me or what they'd done to me. I say this because they're are several people in our life that I could "Out" and it would be disastrous to their lives. The problem is that when you throw a rock in a pond the Ripples travel Far and Wide....

I know it's directed at @The_Bibas but I'd first of all like to say, you shouldn't have blamed yourself for your friends death okay?Hi Bibas, thank you so much for your post and for you're honesty. It really touched me on so many levels. Firstly the dangers of unprotected sex , all it takes is that one time and that could be the time when you contract HIV. Then if you are sleeping with lots of other people you risk passing it on to them. Also it's not just the person you pass it onto that is affected the lives of parents, children , friends and loved ones of the person are affected as they watch them die from this awful disease if it's not diagnosed in time. There are lots of people who think it's not going to happen to them. Lots of people who are scared about being checked. Please get checked not only for your sake but for others.
Also I really identified with it haunts me. I blamed myself for the death of someone close for years, I should of said this , I didn't do that, unti I got some help and realised that I am responsible for my life. I am not responsible for other people's choices or decisions. Maybe it was that girls responsibility to practice safe sex , maybe it was her responsibility to get checked. It wasn't yours, don't blame yourself love yourself.

Clearly not as I too have had unprotected sex... But i have also been tested .. In truth more people die everyday in road accidents .. Over 2000 people a day.. And that is just in the uk. . Compare that to 500 people a year who die from aids..
Yet I still drive
