Confirmed. Jaffa Cakes ARE cakes and are classed as cakes by HM revenue and customs under their taxes etc.It's sponge, so I would say cake " Jaffa cakes not Jaffa biscuits" I don't dunk them thou

One suggestion is because biscuits go soft and cakes go hard after a prolonged time. As do Jaffa Cakes.
