I’ve made the sauce using shallots and streaky bacon too? It’s delicious. Can’t wait to get a portion later.

I like simple and wholesome food tonight’s dinner is pan fried Sea bass in a garlic butter lots of garlic! Puréed potato and steamed broccoli with a little chilli.

My fave meal is 2 nice thick pieces of fresh tuna, with olive oil and chilli flakes. I just have that with boiled spuds or even jus5 bread and butter
I could eat that every day. Nom nom.....
