This is actually quite apt given a recent post;

A member is on site. They have no information, no photos, nothing on their profile, not PV’d, a generic avatar and haven’t involved themselves in the community - ie not spoken to anyone at all.
They advertise a house party and if you’d be interested.
So would you show interest and also go?
Yes or no. Please explain your answers too. X

I did try messaging to ask if they might put some information on the profile and maybe get a bit involved but that wasn’t allowed to go through, so would I consider going to an unknown address,to meet people I had no idea who they were for a party ... I’d say no , it’s different to meeting up in a public place and taking things from there .... it’s unfortunate but you have to consider your own safety these days ..

Definitely not..it’s just like the messages you get from newbies..there was one joined the other night so I welcomed him the same way I do with everyone then within 10 minutes I had 3 messages asking if we would meet him then if we would start a relationship then the last one said your diary must be full..it was the same principle as the members advertising a house party..no POV no info 1 photo of a gent...theres too many people joining and not putting any personal info up or pics and not interacting with anyone here then expecting meets straight away..it’s getting to be quite a regular thing now..there’s no way of controlling it though..it stems back to that other thread that shows the problem lies with other so called swinging sites out there..W..:palm:

No offense, but I can't even believe this is a question.

Only someone who cannot see the danger in anything would say yes to this suggestion.

No never. The first party we went too, was held by a couple we had never met, but we went with another couple who had known them for a good while and had been to the couples parties before. Had a great night, and been good friends with the hosts ever since.
But would never entertain attending a party hosted by strangers, never mind ones who had no profile etc. Would have better odds playing Russian roulette lol.

So, to summarise, there is not ONE single person (so far) that would attend a personally held party, held by a ghost account.
I completely agree too. I'd never put us into a position of the unknown, with anyone on here, with nothing on their account.

Is it therefore also so terribly wrong to suggest: that such persons should indeed have this info, pretty basic, if they'd like to have a party?

It does seem a no brainer, if we were to host a party (wish we could) we would make sure there was enough info to attract people, this lifestyle by its nature puts us occasionally in the presence of people we haven't met before, I'd guess we're all pretty aware of the risks and take steps to minimise them. No genuine person would put up an open invite to a party with no info
