i dont think PC is the true cause part of it yea but its all the social media where everyone's opinions matter now no matter how wrong it is, i mean there's no real threat of being punched in the face anymore and its soo easy to rile up people to make someone's life a living hell.
People like being outraged it makes them feel like they are part of something and now they don't have to think about what they are being outraged by and they don't suffer for it.
