@mr&mrs sparks - in the reply box there is a smiley face, if you click that it will bring up the smilies and then you can add them.
I set up two types normal ones, and naughty ones lol
Keyboard shortcuts work too. What are you using to type on the site?

A smartphone or a PC etc?
