I'm very old fashioned in that sense. Hell, even when we have friends here - I am still the same.
I wait on people when wining & dining. I always serve people, always open doors for both ladies and gents.. always walk on the outside of @Pearls on a pavement and on the inside, always usher chairs for people if they're with us and on and on.
If out for a meal then I pay, end of. I'll accept a drink of course, but none of this 50/50. If I say something complimentary, then I mean it - but doesn't mean I want in your knickers either.... well...

But I'm definitely old fashioned in that sense and believe people should always be waited on, hand and foot when in my/our company and anyone who has been here or out with us, can definitely vouch for that. x
