I've spent 6 years? tinkering with them. I've redesigned them twice. I will eventually have them printed commercially, once I'm completely happy with the designs...Then I made some tarot cards... Those are just the major arcana

I have others... there's a range. I got into shadow boxes a couple of years back after seeing the damned things in charity shops stuffed full of dried flowers or whatever.Nice....but.... well...

Then, in a charity shop, I found a box of butterflies that someone who'd died had presumably collected, all covered in dust and plastic. I put those in shadow boxes too...
This butterfly is from Borneo and is about 15cm wide

I have flights of fancy associated with cards. I used to collect prostitute's calling cards and decorated the loo with them, floor to ceiling, colour-coordinated so it swept round the walls in a rainbow. With women in various suggestive poses offering an extremely wide range of services. That used to scare guests.Loving your work Joe. Top notch stuff. Love the designs.
