Wow thanks you guys! It's certainly been a journey for you both but, myself, Jason and all the mingles staff are so pleased that you are now both enjoying the club together. Thank you again for taking the time to write such a lovely review for us xxxWell where do I start with this review.... lets try from the beginning! (Sooooo sorry Jason & Bex for not doing this sooner)
I first attended this delightful club early last year as a single male, scared at the thought of going in, but boy am I glad I did!
I was met by the most lovable lady imaginable (Rebecca) who had a lovely smile, and a personality to match.
Having done all the legal stuff, ID check and paying the entrance fee, I was then given a guided tour of the club... firstly the VIP area, a secluded section at the back of the club, with curtains to obscure the view (unless Jason has his torch on) then onto the toilets, this section can put Harrods to shame, they are spotless! from the neatly folded towels, to the perfumes and deodorants and soaps, every detail has been thought of.... they also have a shower to freshen up if you need one.
Then I was taken upstairsfirstly they have a cage for the more adventurous people, a private lockable room, for those who wish to entertain friends without being inundated with others, a viewing window for the most daring of guests (can be blocked if privacy wanted) The room is subtly lit, with shelves for drinks etc, and fresh towels laid out to use.
on the other side there is an open area, with 2 beds which can be curtained off, and a large hex bed for group play, this is also subtly lit with fresh towels, wipes and hand cleanser.
Back downstairs, I was introduced to Jason, the club 'Security/DJ' (only ever uses his security status when the Jenga comes out!) he is also the barman.
Bex went back into reception after leaving me in the capable hands of her staff, so I got a drink and settled in, other guests started to arrive, and I was introduced to them all, just like a bar setting.... friendly and social too.
As I have said, they have Jenga, its a rude edition, but not too rude!which certainly gets people together... can be a fun event, but don't be the person to knock it all over.... naked dance if you dare! haha
The time went far too quickly, and 2am (closing time) came, Bex made sure everyone enjoyed their stay, and ordered taxis for anyone who needed one.
Several months (and visits) later! Mrs M decided that she would like to visit, after me telling her all about how wonderful the club is (after eventually finding out about it .....ooops!) she was intrigued about the swinging side of things, albeit very VERY nervous, and shy too!
We attended the club on a Friday night (now got a block booking!) and she was introduced to everyone that I had already made friends with.... a quick thank you to all the staff again at this point, They also have a gentleman there that helps all newbies overcome their fear of the club, he takes his personal time to make sure everyone if comfortable and included in everything.
Everyone inside the club is friendly, polite and social too, which certainly put Mrs M at ease, on every visit she becomes more confident and less nervous, all due to the way the club is run.
So, to sum this club up (sorry for the long review) if we had to give it marks out of ten, this would be a definite eleven! we cannot express our gratitude enough, the club has certainly put us both closer together again.
If Carlsberg done clubs, this would probably be the best in the world!

Met with a very friendly Bex who went through membership requirements - confirming my picture on Britains most wanted.
Jason took us on a tour which was an early indication of his great humour, which was then brought out in his DJ spot - note can't book for sons wedding as gran may have heart attach with revised lyrics..
Great evening loads of fun, dancing, hula hop competition and some more dirty dancing - slipped disk for me...
If you get the chance I'd highly recommend you visit this fantastic club you'll not be disappointed.

Fetish Swingers have now been hosting Fetish Taboo for nearly 2 years now at The Sexiest Club in Essex @Mingles.
Bex's & Jason will always welcome everyone who attends after approved membership like us if you was tempted to attend our hosted fetish event with open arms and we can assure you you will be made to feel part of the family, made to feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door of reception. Nervous - New? Not a problem you will be given a tour of the club, any questions will try to be addressed if you ask with the aim always for you to feel comfortable straight away, that is the owners aim.
Mingles Club is open to everyone over the age of 25 years old (subject to the application process), and of any gender and sexual preference which also applies to attending our Fetish Taboo night. (Full FeTiSh Taboo hosted night details feel free to contact us)
Changing facilities are available for you to change when you arrive at Mingles and leave, for our hosted night and of course All club nights too, shower facilities available as well. The toilets area spotless! neatly folded towels, perfumes, deodorants and soaps all supplied! Attention to detail has been thought of and no excuse for unpleasant smells shall we say of anyone.
The bar area is friendly and a nice place to chat & Mingle, meet others or maybe a little jenga play Mingles style on club nights to break the ice. The play areas are spotless and on offer private or more open areas as well.
A cage area upstairs is available on the landing with a nice chair to maybe put someone across your knee, along with our equipment (St Andrews cross , Medical bench, flogging bench & more) we bring along on our fetish taboo night.
We highly recommend you to visit Mingles Colchester view, explore for yourself, We can assure You that You will be greeted with open arms, along with soft subtle lighting, beautiful decor, music to fit the mood by your resident DJ, Mr Mingle himself - AKA Jason and the Sexy Lady host & owner Rebecca always checking you ok.
There is never any pressure or a must to play/join in and you will not be pounced on as many think/feel will and or may happen when they walk in the door, even the jenga you could just watch if they get it out, be prepared for just a warm friendly welcoming atmosphere, somewhere to have a drink, chat and be different, play is optional, arrange to meet new friends in a different lifestyle and take a step at a time.
