Right here goes. Really sorry to embarrass you all but I'm a bit of a health nut and have had much more than my five a day:-
Breakfast
Toast and butter - Toast is bread and bread is basically all plant.
Butter comes from cows whose diet is purely grass so obviously that's good
.
Lunch
A Tesco's breakfast sandwich. As mentioned above bread and butter are basically plant
.
Bacon and sausage are pig meat which live off grains, eggs comes from chickens also lives off grains, so basically it's plant extract.
Apple pie, self explanatory made from apples.
Tea
Fish, chips and peas. Fish is full of omega 3, chips are potatos and peas are peas
Refreshments
Ribenna - fruit drink.
Coffee with a sugar - coffee beans come from plants as does sugar. Milk from cows again whose diet is grass so essentially I'm drinking plant juice

To be honest I'm surprised I'm not thinner
