I worry and get a bit nervous that I am doing a bad jab as I think I have said before I'm tongue tied so infant really stick my tongue out. For communication I am okay with someone advising me as they know they body and what gets them going better than eye.

I love both giving and receiving but not a fan of at the same time. There's nothing better than sensing a woman wrything in ecstasy from your actions. Most of the women I know love it.

I do sometimes doubt myself whether I'm doing it right, which can be distracting but I always communicate to the reciever if they like it or not. Communication is the key and saves alot of trouble in the future.
As a reciever, I would be honest and give gentle instruction or point them in the right direction.

But like @Max-the-3rd said; start slowly, building up speed, add a couple of fingers or a toy and away we go!
