It's totally what your comfortable with you don't have to be cock in hand so to speak leave them thinking less shown the better but sure with your persona you can do some nice face body shots that are tastefully done too

I was thinking about possibly adding more or taking more pics to add to my profile. However I am terrible at taking pictures myself and body wise not the best but what shots would people recommend. (willing to at least try and add pics of me just nervous so any advice would be helpful)

I think you need to decide on exactly you are trying to achieve...
For example if you are looking just for the social side then nude may be the wrong direction..
If you are looking to attract someone then don't scare them off with the over the top dildo up your arse photo..
