With this site most tend to prefer the less is more approach to photos and yes you can upload videos to the site ... I’m sure there are more qualified than me that can help ... hope this helps a bit ...

My advice would be yes ... doesn’t have to be a face shot ...may be chest or shoulder or bum .... take a look at other profiles and see what others are using ....
