I've never used one for my estim, they cost so much more!We have single and double pin wheels which we use with our e-stim gear and also we have a quad wheel. All good fun

If you like regular pinwheels I can definitely recommend the e-stim one's . More of a punishment than the usual tingling sensation but you can vary the voltage to make it very entertaining
