Hey good afternoon ladies, Gents and those yet to decide.
When I view people profiles/pages, the first thing I do is look at their about info, particularly what or who they are looking for. Then I will happily and openly say “Media/Albums” I mean, come on it would be rude not to right, Right!
I just think that you learn if you will be interesting to the people you follow and vice want you to follow back.
What is your thing when you view profiles, and what makes you decide to follow a profile or not. ?J

A personality works for me, a list of dos and donts that’s more like a contract ? I ignore.
It doesn’t have to be a massively drawn out info, just a bit of personality.
Yeah and I think that is the key to get across, other than if it’s a woman looking for a woman, I love making new friends but I know where the line is from the outset. Sadly it does seem from other sites that when a guy says hello, you normally get a photo of his member waving at you and you owe them a conversation! J

It’s shocking behaviour, would they plop it out in in public?

That’s fair enough, I like to try and have some knowledge of who I am speaking to. I read a paper once that implied men and woman tend to make friendships for very different reasons, but it was noted it depends on type of man! Woman make friendships simpley to make friendships, what they refer to as “Alpha men” make friendships for what they can get from the relationship regardless of male or female, “Beta men” can actually make friendships for the sake of making friends. They did make a clear case for what defined A and B men, but it was so long ago I am surprised I even remembered this much. I don’t know where I fall as I’d like to think I’m bang in the middle ?‍

I'm definitely for reading profiles though. It's a basline of info, to work from which is always a benefit if you're actively searching for people. And filling profiles in with information about yourself, gives others an idea if they're compatible x
