I'm afraid I had some terribly sad news today.
I had an email from the daughter of the chap whose business it is that produces the bespoke BDSM furniture.
She said her father had been diagnosed with cancer and is currently in hospital.
She is in the process of contacting people with outstanding orders to tell them that she is closing the business down and monies already paid would be returned.
Naturally, my sympathy is entirely with the family but it does mean that I won't, after all, be getting my spanking bench.
It took me an absolute age to find exactly what I was looking for, combined with the fact that as they were made to order I could ask for a certain size and other little additions.
Oh. and the colour of course.
So, I know what else is out there and if I were to order another one, from elsewhere, it would not be exactly what I was looking for and I really don't want to compromise on something like this.

After the unfortunate turn of events that led to the cancellation of my original order for a spanking bench I found a local company that makes bespoke "BDSM furniture".
I decided to "upgrade" my original order of a bench to a "horse"
Despite having a vast array of colours to choose from (I was told that somebody had recently ordered one in Baby Pink !!) I decided to stick with black as voted for on here.
I finally took possession of it yesterday.
I must admit I love it.
And here it is.
Any volunteers?

Oh yeah you're right about the poll
I don't know why I thought it was black
It must have been because I decided to get it in black and sort of assumed everyone else would naturally agree 
I'm happy I've gone with black though as although red may have been my choice for the smaller spanking bench I honestly think that for this particular piece of furniture, with it being larger, black is my preferred colour.

I just don't think being spanked would suit me. I have an adversity to pain
