Only thing I eat that's green is peas.. Sprouts should be left in the squash courts where they belong.. That's all there good for.. Being smashed against a wall.. W.. ????.. just my opinion of course.. ???

Love them ,i fry lardons in goose fat then when sprouts are ready i throw them in with the lardons to gently finish off before plating up
Love sprouts sometimes i boil them then slice them and put in the wok and stir fry. They taste different to me done that way or with fried mashed potatoes yummy
