We are going to sound really naive but what are the socials like?
They sound a bit scary tbh. We have not even chatted to another couple about this before.

As the name suggests they are social events so members can meet up to chat and get to know each other. There is no pressure to do anything more unless you want to. Obviously there are no meetings arranged at present but hopefully so can be arranged next year.

Not scary at all just treat them as a night out to meet and talk to like minded people ... and you never know things can happen but there’s no pressure it’s just about having fun ..
