Awwww, nice of you to create this thread just for me. Years ago, when I wrote a column for a publication, I’d usually end the piece with “that’s all for this week, but before I go, please remember…”

And stick on something like the following. (I’ll limit it to four today.)

…a gossip is just someone with a great sense of rumour.

…two can live as cheaply as one… for about half as long.

…despite a recent survey revealing that men say the first thing they notice about a woman is their eyes, in the same survey women say the first thing they notice about men is they’re a bunch of fucking liars.

And, of course,

…you’re not old if you can still remember to [note to self: remember to complete this before hitting ‘send’.]
