Any fella who says they’ve never had an issue ever, have never just… not been able to perform in that way… well, they’re either incredibly lucky, or they’re lying.
But a) there’s plenty else you can do, and b) it’s only ever been temporary.
That said, if something less temporary affected me, I’d use a reputable chemical/drug assist without a second’s hesitation.

We have both tried Kamagra/Viagra. And it def works for us both, for prolonged evenings of play they are wonderful as recovery time is cut to about a minute and increased blood flow in certain areas always helps.

I've tried Viagra three times (in case of, ahem, 'stage fright' at parties or clubs) with mixed results. Once it worked as it should, once not at all (though, there was a lot of alcohol consumed on that occassion). The first time I tried it, at a party, it kicked in at about 4 a.m., after everyone had crashed out! There was just me and my reasonably impressive hard on, lying frustratingly awake listening to various timbres of snoring

Gives me a bit of a headache but can combat tiredness (you know, the minds willing but Philips got his feet up).
