Indeed stamina is a must aye. So fitness overall is a good thing but I suppose in this scene is even more important..Apart from a very strong right wrist, I enjoy weight training. My need to keep fit is driven by my need for stamina between the sheets x

I’m not one for gym type exercising, I work in construction so it’s a physical job , according to my phone I average upwards of 7000 steps a day , which at my age don’t think is to sad .........I like fitness alot and I am a very active person, my main interest is bodybuilding and I train 3 times a week. Best watch what I say or your kick my arseI was doing kickboxing 3 times a week, I was really enjoying it, got myself the fittest I've ever been but then change in job and circumstances and I've been unable to return to sessions.
Desperate to start again though!
